Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery area

GBS currently delivers to United Kingdom addresses only. European and international delivery remain disabled unless GBS expressly enables them later.

Delivery charges

Standard tracked UK delivery: £8.99. Free tracked UK delivery is available on qualifying orders of £199 or more, subject to clearly disclosed exclusions or later changes shown at checkout.

Dispatch and estimates

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly agreed.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking does not confirm delivery within the expected timeframe, contact info@geneticbiosystems.com with the order number. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not been received, GBS may review tracking, proof of delivery and other evidence before determining the appropriate remedy.

Damaged parcels

Please inspect the parcel promptly. If damage is identified, notify GBS within 24 hours of receipt wherever reasonably possible. Provide the order number and reasonable photographs of the external packaging, internal packaging, shipping label and damaged item. Retain goods and packaging while the investigation is ongoing. The 24-hour request does not remove non-excludable statutory rights.

Incorrect items

If an item does not match the order, contact GBS promptly and retain the item and packaging until instructions are provided.

Delivery responsibility

GBS does not treat dispatch alone as ending its delivery obligations. Delivery issues are handled under the Terms and applicable law.
